How big should the photos be?
For many of our personalized products, we need a photo. You can let your creativity run wild here.
For the best result, the photo should meet the following criteria:
Photo/selfie with a current mobile phone
The photo should be bright enough
When taking a photo, make sure there are no reflections visible
The main subject should be more or less in the center
How do I see the photo in the necklace or bracelet?
There are 3 ways to view the photo in the chain:
1. Use your mobile phone camera in a bright place and move your mobile
phone close to the photo crystal in the middle of the chain.
2. Use your mobile phone flash and project the photo onto the wall
behind it. You need a distance of about 15-20 cm to the wall for this.
3. The image is also visible to the naked eye, but it must be bright
enough for that.
What material are your personalized necklaces made of?
The chains are made of stainless steel and double coated with 925
sterling silver, 14K gold or 14K rose gold, depending on the version.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time.
Usually, the production and shipping of the products take up to 2-5 business days. Once shipped, it will deliver in 1-3 business days.
International shipping times vary
depending on the destination.
You can track your package with the code provided in the shipping
confirmation email.
Please note that during peak season and promotional periods, order processing times may be longer.
How do I change my order?
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation, feel free to email info@minibrickcustom.com to inquire about changing your order. Please provide us with as many details as possible right away. If you sent the
email at the last minute, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to
make changes. However, we will do our best!

We strive to produce and deliver your items as quickly as possible!
Please note that in addition to the shipping time, we have a processing
time of one business day, followed by a production time. We are aware
that we are not as fast as major competitors! However, we promise to do our best and guarantee a unique quality and product range instead.

Why is my tracking number not working?
Please note that there may be issues with tracking shipments if your
package changes carrier. This is normal and is usually resolved within
one business day.
If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us via our contact
form and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
I only received part of my order, where is the rest?
For logistical reasons, we sometimes send orders in separate packages.
Don't worry, we never forget products from an order and the packages are
sent almost simultaneously.
The second package usually arrives within a few days after the first.

How much will I have to pay for shipping?
We are pleased to offer FREE Worldwide Standard Shipping on all orders over $32.
Do you offer international shipping?
We deliver Worldwide and to Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, France,
Austria, Denmark, Italy, the United Kingdom, Hungary, Poland, Spain,
Czechia, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Bulgaria,
Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Romania, Slovakia,
Slovenia, Switzerland, Norway and the United States.
Returns and Refunds
What are our refund guidelines?
Because this product is a customized item, it is specially and uniquely
made. Therefore, once sold, it cannot be returned to be resold again.
If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and the
design and production has not started yet, a refund will be available.
If you request a refund "AFTER" design has started, only 50% refund will
be available.
If you request a refund "AFTER" production has started, please
understand that a refund or return of a product will not be available.
Where do I return items to?
Because products MUST be authorized for return, you may not return the product to the original address on the package without first consulting
with us. If your product qualifies for a refund, we will provide you
with the return address during the authorization process.
Who bears the return costs?
If the return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

You have the option to pay on our webshop with:

Why are you so cheap compared to the competition?
First of all, we only sell online. This saves us the costs of local
department stores, shops, complex logistics and a lot of administration.
That is already a huge price reduction!
But there is something else: our items are made to order, which means
that we produce the item directly and ship it to you - without
intermediaries. This results in sales prices without commissions or
costs for other companies that the customer does not know about.
Your possible disadvantage: Slightly longer delivery times (check the
delivery times for your country above).
Your advantage: While competitors have to add costs for warehouses,
local shops, administration, expensive logistics and intermediaries to
their sales prices, we sell directly to you and can therefore always
offer you the best prices with our way of working.
I missed a deal, when will it be available again?
That’s too bad! We never schedule deals on an item twice a month, so if you miss the deal, it will be unavailable for at least a month. On rare occasions, we may have a few items left from approved returns or higher than usual inventory. In those cases, you might be in luck! You can contact us via our contact page to check if this is the case with your
item.
