Shipping policy:
We offer worldwide shipping and delivery typically takes around 5-7 days after production is complete. You can choose express delivery and this will take 2 days.

Delivery time may increase during busy periods like restocks, launches, or sales.


Refund policy:

Because this product is a customized item, it is specially and uniquely made. Therefore, once sold, it cannot be returned to be resold again.
  • If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and the design and production has not started yet, a refund will be available.
  • If you request a refund "AFTER" design has started, only 50% refund will be available.
  • If you request a refund "AFTER" production has started, please understand that a refund or return of a product will not be available.
