Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to request a refund before we start production. As this is a custom-made product, no refunds can be issued once production has begun.

Upload clear, front-facing, full-body photos with each pet unobstructed for the best design reference. Complex details may not be fully reproduced within the structure of the bricks.

Material: ABS plastic. Figure dimensions refer to the pet’s pose, such as the height from head to floor when sitting, rather than its standing height.

Existing customization and refund conditions

Because this product is a customized item, it is specially and uniquely made. Therefore, once sold, it cannot be returned to be resold again.

If you request a refund immediately after placing the order and the design and production has not started yet, a refund will be available.

If you request a refund "AFTER" design has started, only 50% refund will be available.
