How to personalize your figurine

1. Choose your size: select the 9 cm or 13 cm option.
2. Provide your photo and details: use a clear reference photo that shows the person and the details you want reflected in the figure.
3. Review your preview, where applicable: our team creates a 3D model. If adjustments are needed before production, an updated preview will be sent by email.
4. Your figure is made: each figurine is individually crafted, with an estimated production time of 7–10 days.

Please watch your email: if a preview is sent, respond within 24 hours. If no response is received within that time, production will proceed based on the latest preview.

Your photo helps guide the result, so choose a clear image with visible details. Each figure is individually customized; appearance, colour, texture and finishing may vary. The final result depends on your reference photo and selected design options.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

As each figurine involves personalized 3D modeling and production, please review your design preview and order details carefully.

• Before 3D modeling is completed: Cancellation requests may be reviewed according to the order status.

• After 3D modeling is completed but before production: A 30% depreciation fee applies to approved refund requests.

• During production: A 50% depreciation fee applies to approved refund requests.

• Once the product is ready for shipment: Cancellations and refunds are not accepted.

• Personalized products are generally non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or another applicable exception is confirmed under the store's policies and applicable law.
